Whilst we acknowledge that staging can be seen as ‘another cost’, we (and our list of delighted previous clients) firmly believe that having a property professionally staged for sale will showcase it to it’s best potential and help to increase it’s sale value.
Maret Larnach Styling own all of the furniture – we do not rent from a
third party for our stock.
When we quote, we visit your property and take the time to have a good look through, chatting with you as we go. If you can’t be there, we liaise with you or your agent to see what it is that you require. We note your property’s period style, colours, area it’s in and what your needs are.
Each space is considered carefully for what is needed to allow spaces to be shown with function and form. The quoting system we use is based on a costing for each room and what is required to make the room look fabulous. We also include in our quote quite boring (but necessary!) items such as insurance, truck hire costs and wages.
We hire out our services (staging is 90% grunt and 10% pretty stuff) and our stock – our furniture and furnishings. Maret Larnach Styling own all of the furniture – we do not rent stock from a third party.
Our agreement is usually for an 8 week period, which should cover your marketing campaign. We bring the furniture in, style your house ready for professional photos and buyers to come through and then take it all out at the end! We are always open to what your needs may be.
